#2 One winner will be chosen totally at random when we can find time. Some months there may be 2 or 3 winners while other months only one or maybe none. We have tried various themes and ways of choosing the winners and since nothing seems fair and since ALL pugs are winners in my book I can only say upload your very best photos ... focus that camera and get up real close to your pug.

#3 Chosen Pugs will receive an original work of art printed on 5 x 7 canvas. A gift shop of Pug Goodies will also be designed for you to shop from and will become a permanent part of this site. 10% of the proceeds from your Pug's Gift shop items will go to support a local pet rescue group here in Dallas. Pug-Pictures.com retains all copyrights and reuse rights on the original art work we create from winning photos. The style of art for the winning Pug will be chosen by the artist, not the contest winner. Your free print will be a real original design, as we like to experiment and spend lots of time having fun and playing with our contest Pugs.

#4 A monthly minimum of 10 entries is required for a contest winner to be announced. Any month with less than 10 entries submitted will have those submissions carried over to the next month.

By submitting your photo to our contest you are agreeing to allow our artists to alter your photo and create an original work of art that will be copyright protected by pug-pictures.com. The company pug-pictures.com will retain all copyrights for commercial use of the original art work created from your original snapshot. You may not use that art work for commercial use without negotiating a license with pug-pictures.com. An artist's copyright prevents you from scanning, photocopying, or photographing your free art print for the purpose of making additional prints or other reproductions.
